National Development Procurement Board was established by the Public Procurement Act, 2011 (Act 112) as a procurement body responsible for the effective procurement of materials for the member states.
The Authority seeks to ensure fairness, transparency and non-discrimination in public procurement in order to promote a competitive atmosphere for local and foreign suppliers. The commission is made up of 15 member countries across West Africa.
